In this 45 minute banger, we’re going to push almost every muscle in your body beyond it’s normal demands! Drills on the mat include body weight, dumbbells and mini bands. Burning calories is not the main focus here but is definitely another benefit, goals are; increase muscle endurance, learn/execute proper form, increase definition, break a killer sweat, and feel amazing. The instructor, also an experienced NYC personal trainer, will lead what he calls a “reaction flow” at different points in the class. This requires clients to stay engaged, discourages waisted class time on rest and is basically a total ass kicker. You’ll stay engaged in one drill until the instructor demonstrates or announces the next one, you’ll react to the exercises performed by the instructor. Expect short flows, long flows and everything from burpees to side planks. We definitely got you covered, in Sweat.
